I loved Prague and went the end of May on a RS week long tour in We did need a whole week to see the city in full. I would try to stay the five nites. We stayed at a wonderful place, The House of the Big Boot. Very nice family who owns the house. It is more a B&B than a hotel. You can find it in the RS Prague guide book.
